44 Bed Acute In-Patient Psychiatric Facilities Unit comprising 38 Bed Adult Unit and 6 Bed In-Patient Psychiatry of Old Age. "Shell and Core" area to provide expansion space to accommodate future "fit-out" of a 10 Bed MHID, Day Hospital, Psychiatry of Old Age, Care of the Elderly, Shared Accommodation and Whole Building Support.
