Condition Surveys
Brendan Merry & Partners have completed over 100 Condition Surveys of properties for HSE Estates, Dublin South Central. The properties included Primary Care Centres, Hospitals, Community Nursing Homes, Mental Health Facilities, Health Centres and Clinics and covered a very broad range HSE Services. Health Campuses including Dr. Stephens Hospital, Cherry Orchard Hospital, Bru Chaoimhin and the Meath Hospital were also surveyed. Many of the buildings surveyed were listed with conservation implications. The Surveys incorporated appraisals of building fabric, services and external works. The mechanical and electrical services were also identified and fully documented in the Surveys. The Surveys will be used by HSE Estates to prioritise remedial works and have been incorporated on a database to manage the property portfolio.
