Dublin Fire Brigade Logistics Hub & Fleet Maintenance Workshop, Finglas, Dublin 11 — construction to commence.

Brendan Merry & Partners are pleased to announce that construction is due to commence in Q4 2026 on the fit-out of Dublin Fire Brigade’s new Logistics Hub and Fleet Maintenance Workshop at Finglas, Dublin 11, on behalf of Dublin City Council.

The project involves the fit-out of a newly built dual warehouse facility. One warehouse will serve as a logistics hub for Dublin Fire Brigade’s Logistics Department, providing storage and operational space, while the second will become the Brigade’s new Fleet Maintenance Workshop, with a main workshop floor and supporting facilities for the servicing and repair of the fire and rescue fleet. The works also include general office accommodation, reception areas, break rooms, meeting rooms, welfare and shower facilities, and passenger lifts, to serve the Brigade’s Logistics and Fleet Maintenance staff and administration teams.

Brendan Merry & Partners are providing Quantity Surveying services on the project, working alongside EML Architects as Design Team Lead and Architect, and O’Connor Sutton Cronin (OCSC) as Structural & Civil Engineers and Mechanical & Electrical Engineers.

McKeon Group has been appointed as Main Contractor and is due to mobilise on site in Q4 2026, marking the start of construction on this important facility for Dublin’s emergency services.

We look forward to working with Dublin City Council, Dublin Fire Brigade and the full project team over the coming months, and will share further updates as construction progresses.
