BMP have continued to be appointed to new commissions to prepare reinstatement valuations for various Client bodies. Our total valuations on properties to date is in excess of 3 billion Euro.
We have recently carried out Reinstatement Valuations for some of Ireland’s largest Public Hospitals including St. James’s Hospital Dublin, Beaumont Hospital Dublin, National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh, Royal Hospital Donnybrook, National Maternity Hospital Dublin, National Rehabilitation Hospital Dun Laoghaire, St. Michael’s Hospital Dun Laoghaire, Peamount Hospital, The Coombe Women’s Hospital, Leopardstown Park Hospital, Peamount Hospital and St. John of God’s Hospital Stillorgan.
We have also increased our portfolio of Schools and College’s and our Reinstatement Valuations over the last couple of years include St. Patrick’s College Carlow, St. Finian’s College Mullingar, St. Murtagh’s College Mayo, St. Conleth’s College Dublin, St. Mel’s College Longford and St. Jarlath’s College Tuam.
