Brendan Merry & Partners are part of a very experienced healthcare Design Team working on the proposed Surgical Hub at Mount Carmel Community Hospital in Churchtown, Dublin. There are six new surgical hubs planned by the HSE throughout Ireland to help tackle waiting lists for day procedures.
The project has been procured through a design and build basis with Clancy Construction emerging as the successful candidate with works due to commence in late Q4 of 2023.
Clancy Construction have a proven track record of successfully delivering healthcare projects and BMP are delighted to be working with them again, having previously worked on the design and build of the new Cardiology Unit in St. James’s Hospital last year.
