Brendan Merry & Partners have been part of a successful project team that have completed the first phase of the Sub-Station Upgrade Works at Tallaght University Hospital. The Phase 1 Works included the Upgrade Works to Sub-Station 2 comprising a New 2000KVA Standby Generator, New Transformer and Off-Loading Switchboards. The Works included the construction of a New Extension to the Existing Sub-Station and construction of a New Generator Compound adjacent the Sub-Station. The Electrical Works including the Generator, New Transformer and Off-Loading Switchgear were supplied and installed by GE Power. The Civil Works were carried out by Commercial Engineering Solutions Ltd. Procurement has commenced on further phases of the Sub-Station Upgrades which will see another three Sub-Stations upgraded on the Tallaght Hospital Campus.
