It is great to report that ground has been broken in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath for a new 96-bedroom Nursing Home. The project is being funded by Aedifica, who continue to expand its healthcare portfolio in Ireland and they have partnered with Grace Healthcare who will be the operator to add to their seven other existing Nursing Homes throughout Ireland.
Brendan Merry & Partners are providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services on this project and are delighted to be working with an extremely experienced team on the developer’s side with RKD Architects and JV Tierney Services consultants.
The project was procured on a design and build basis with Ganson as the main contractor. Ganson has a formidable record in the provision of Nursing Homes and our team are looking forward to a successful collaboration. The project is due to complete in Q4 2023.
