BMP have been appointed to work with Trinity College Dublin to prepare all necessary tender documents to enable the procurement of a SPPT (Single Point Project Team) for the proposed refurbishment of House 4 Trinity College from administration offices to student accommodation.

We will assist in the composition of the pre-qualification and ITT tender documents, working with all relevant stakeholders and Trinity’s Procurement Department to ensure the selection of the best option to suit TCD timelines and objectives.
