Brendan Merry & Partners were retained as cost consultants for the Client on the overall redevelopment of the Parknasilla Resort. The project was phased over a number of various stages which included the refurbishment of the existing hotel, replacement of the roof, new bedroom block extension which also included a new swimming pool, external deck and thermal Spa facilities and the construction of 62 No. New Holiday Homes, Apartments and associated external works.

The construction of the holiday homes and apartments included significant site development works in a very challenging landscape and with particularly poor ground conditions.

The completed Woodland Villas luxury self catering holiday homes are contained within the overall hotel complex and were finished to a very high standard.
