Phased Development including Conversion of Existing Buildings to provide modern accommodation in the grounds of the Existing Hospital consisting of Elderly Mentally Infirm Unit, Mental Health Day Hospital, Mental Health Supervised Hospital incorporating Independent Living Units and Out-Patient Department. The gross floor area of the works totals 2,700 sq.m.
