| Description: | The works comprised the removal of floor, wall and ceiling finishes, forming new opes in the existing roof, breaking up existing floor structures, installing new concrete ground floor slab and infilling some floor voids, new internal walls, ramps, and doors, new dry lining, removing and replacing windows, new rooflights, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new roof finishes. Stripping out and re-wiring the existing Church including all other necessary mechanical and electrical works. Forming new link corridor with the existing Church and all associated external works and drainage. |
