Brendan Merry & Partners provide Full Quantity Surveying Services to a number of high end residential projects. These projects have ranged in scale from €1m – €12m.

Several of these projects have been carried out in London – concentrated in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea but also Park Street and country residences in Suffolk.

In Dublin, we have worked on private residences in Shrewsbury Road, Killiney, Foxrock and Ranelagh.

We work with Clients, Architects and Interior Designers to establish good cost control from the initial cost estimate reports and allowances for specialist fit-out requests.
