Eoin Casey
Eoin joined Brendan Merry & Partners in 2015.
Eoin received his H.Dip in Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying in 2017 and his Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 2018. He had previous experience working as an apprentice electrician with Mercury Engineering.
Eoin has been involved in a diverse range of projects for both public and private Clients from multiple healthcare projects, fit-outs, conservation and restoration projects and Third Level Educational projects.
He has gained huge experience in Conservation and Refurbishment Projects in his time with BMP, from recently completing projects such as the restoration of the Lower House and the stabilisation works to the Clock Tower Building both on the TU Dublin Campus in Grangegorman and extensive refurbishment of an Ambassadorial Residence on Ailesbury Road. He is currently working the proposed refurbishment of the former Isolation Hospital at Infirmary Road, Dublin 7 for DCC.
Eoin has worked on a number of key healthcare projects in St. James’s Hospital from new Cath Labs, PET/CT Scan and Bone Marrow upgrades. All works carried out in a LIVE hospital environment. He is also currently undertaking a fantastic new infrastructure upgrade in Corkagh Park for South Dublin County Council.
Eoin is involved with developing and improving the company’s Technological I.T. Management Systems ensuring BMP incorporate all the latest technology advances in the industry.
