Brendan Merry & Partners were delighted to be appointed as Employer’s Representative and Quantity Surveyor for the development works at 11 Parnell Square East on behalf of the Irish Heritage Trust CLG.
The Client, the Irish Heritage Trust, has entered into a partnership with Poetry Ireland and the Irish Landmark Trust to bring No.11 Parnell Square to life as a poetry centre, cultural hub and headquarters for the three organisations. The intent of this project is to revitalise this important Georgian house and to return it to full use as a significant part of the Parnell Square Cultural Quarter.
Brendan Merry & Partners were initially involved with this project back in 2017 preparing an outline Cost Estimate for the initial design by McCullough Mulvin Architects which subsequently received planning permission.
We are very excited to be appointed for the project now in 2022 and to be working with McCullough Mulvin Architects once again to bring this magnificent project to life.
