Brendan Merry & Partners have a long history of working with the Office of Public Works (OPW) from the refurbishment of the Clock Tower Building in Dublin Castle in 1991, numerous projects in Dublin Zoo to the magnificent East Wing restoration project in Castletown House, Co. Kildare in 2008.
So, we have been delighted to reconnect with the OPW lately and we are currently involved in a number of fit-out projects from the National Archives Building which has just completed, to a fit-out project in Garda HQ, Phoenix Park which has just completed Phase One and is awaiting commencement of Phase Two to the reconfiguration of the Garda Station in Dun Laoghaire which has just kicked off and two other projects which are currently in the pre contract phase.
