A great start has been made by the main contractor Ganson on this new development to provide a new 96-bedroom Nursing Home in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath.
This design and build project has utilised precast concrete walls, floors, stairs and roof as the primary structural material to make lightning quick progress over the first 9 months. The building is presently at roof level and should be weather tight in the next three months.
Brendan Merry & Partners are providing Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services on this project and we are delighted to see the project progressing so well and also the proactive positive attitude adopted by the main contractor, major sub-contractors, design team, Client and Grace Healthcare as operator throughout the project to date.
The project is due to complete in Q4 2023.
