BMP have been appointed to provide Quantity Surveying Services (including cost management and cost control services) for the works relating to the Interim Study Centre in the basement level of the Ussher Library.
The Ussher Library will host the Interim Study Centre in the lead up to, and for the duration of, the construction phase of the Old Library Redevelopment Project. The Interim Study Centre will provide access to students, faculty, and external scholars to thousands of Research Collections items that are currently housed in the Old Library.
BMP will work with a single point Architectural led Design Team which will be headed up by TAKA Architects. We are delighted to be working on this project having been involved in the original construction of the Ussher Library over more than 20 years ago.
