Summer is upon us and the Sun is shining, at least for now! Brendan Merry &Partners are pleased to report things are progressing well with regards to the APU Fit Out and New link Bridge at Beaumont Hospital.
Construction commenced in early January 2016 and we are now in excess of 1/3rd of the way through the programme of works. The first floor fit out is well advanced with internal partition mostly complete and first fix M &E services now in place. The link bridge is also progressing well with Piling and the reinforced concrete bases now complete and the associated lift and stair cores visibly rising on a daily basis. Substantial completion and handover is due in November 2016.
