Brendan Merry &Partners are delighted to have four projects started on site at St. James’ Hospital, Dublin 8.

The first project includes provision of a New Laboratory Extension to The National Centre for Hereditary Coagulation Disorders (NCHCD) which deals with investigation and diagnosis of bleeding and clotting disorders.

The second project includes Alterations to the Existing Building to provide a New Food Distribution Unit and a Pharmacy Distribution Unit with state of the art Robotic Dispensing Systems. This project also includes relocation of the Main Hospital Server Room and cable upgrades within the Existing Main Hospital.

The third project includes the provision of a New Two Storey Modular Canteen and Administration Facilities including a Link Corridor to the Existing Hospital.

The fourth project involves Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades and Demolition of the Assembly Records Building.

The value of these projects are in the order of €6 Million and involve significant co-ordination and interface with the Catering, Pharmacy, Clinical and IT Hospital Departments including the St. James’s Technical Services Department. Main Contractors on the projects are Clancy Construction Ltd. and Western Building Services Limited.
