Brendan Merry &Partners are delighted to announce that one of our Directors, Damien Morgan will be running in this year’s Dublin Marathon.
This is the second time Damien has run the marathon and he has chosen an admirable charity to raise money for, LauraLynn – Ireland’s Children’s Hospice.
Lauralynn is Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice, since they opened their doors in September 2011, they have helped more than 300 amazing little superheroes and their families.
They provide palliative care and support for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Their holistic approach to care enables them to support the whole family, allowing parents to be “Mum and Dad” rather than full-time carers.
- They offer support for children from birth to age 18.
- All their hospice care isfree for families
- Children can be referred from anywhere in Ireland
- They are piloting a LauraLynn@HOME programme in Dublin North-East and Dublin Mid-Leinster Regions, to provide hospice care for children in the comfort of their own home.
