| Description: | Fit-Out of Level 1, Commercial Side (East) of TCD TBSI Business School. The area to be fitted-out of 1,800 sq.m. was constructed to a shell and core “grey box” standard. The Fit-Out consists of sub-dividing the existing space into new accommodation to facilitate a new Post-Graduate Training and Teaching environment for TCD Business School. These works were performed while the existing occupied spaces on all other floors remain live and operational. |
